i fell in love with Fred Astaire last night.

i feel as if
i was born in the wrong time.

im pretty sf happy.
ive been working like usual, watching a lot of films,
getting manicures-shpping, and reading a lot.
i wanted to go to LA this weekend, to see my friend stephen
& the wrbc but couldnt get the time off ,
BOOF!

I bought myself an ink stone +stick and
bamboo brush to do sumi-e (!!)
so fun, i also bought myself
a really nice japanese watercolour set .
im just working on my strokes thus far,
rice paper is funny.

i just had a lovely dinner with kelly and seirra
at a little spaghetti shack in the mission-

teensy tiny lace aprons
hung on a clothing line
''little lights and hanging plants.
I had sweet tea,
spiked with whisky :)

its summer time here
& i got a new bookshelf ,
its really beautiful wood.

ive been hanging out with this girl a lot.
i went to the martin puryear exhibit at the moma!!
the forms are incredible.
im really getting into wood.

i finally got a coffee maker!
its super cute--- just my style.
i dont like cafetiere,
BLAH!
'spose its my upbringing :)
& i wasnt sold on the chemex...

then i saw this (!!)
